Mr. Ankur Sachdeva is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He graduated in Business Economics from Delhi University. He is well exposed in handling corporate legal matters and dealing with various regulatory authorities like Registrar of Companies (ROC), Regional Director (RD), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Goods & Service Tax Department (GST) etc. He is an expert in all types of secretarial affairs and has a practicing experience of 6 years working with different firms and companies.

He is well exposed to handling assignments such as Compliance Management, Secretarial Audit, Due Diligence, Drafting & Vetting of Legal Documents. Over the last 6 years, Ankur has worked with over 100 clients and with his strong perspective and market understanding he advises them on various day to day Corporate Compliances and Legal & Taxation matters.
